A PRODUCTION PROCESS THAT IS BASED ON QUALITY

The entire deformation and rolling process of FALCI Srl is quality oriented.

The objective is the constant supply of excellent laminates, perfectly corresponding to the customer's design and highly reliable.

 

The FALCI Srl Quality Department is equipped with essential tools for monitoring and detailed evaluation of its profiles:

• quantum meter for the chemical analysis of materials;

• durometer for calculating hardness

• machines for controlling mechanical properties for calculating the yield point;

• projector for dimensional control of shapes .

 

For other checks, such as the resilience test, FALCI Srl uses the laboratories of its associated companies; upon request, tests can be carried out at external laboratories.
